白胡麻担々麺 五辛
ともかく生まれて安心したので、妻との対面までの暇に彼女の家族と食事に出た。病院周辺は食べるところが少なく、立ち食いそば屋とマクドナルドくらいしかない。イタリアンぽい店もあったがなぜか貸切営業だった。子供が生まれて最初の食事としてさびしくないものをと思い、引き返して反対側の中華料理屋へ。
担々麺の辛さを選べるということなので適当に五辛にしたら、調理場から漂ってくる空気で目がしみる。食べるとけっこう痛いが、胡麻と挽肉のうまみもしっかり感じられて、自分にはバランスがちょうどよかった。これはまた来てもいいな。
